Rupert Grint starred in the music video for Lego House by Ed Sheeran. With filming having taken place in October, the single and its clip were released in November 2011.

While Ed Sheeran is on tour, his lookalike fan stalks him, entering his tourbus and stepping on stage in Ed’s place.

Behind the Scenes

  • Ed Sheeran announced Rupert’s involvement in the clip during his concert in Hatfield, where a scene with Rupert was filmed live on stage.
  • Both Rupert and Ed both won a BBC Teen Award the day after the concert.
  • Rupert appeared in the clip for free and did not ask to be paid for it.
  • Ed Sheeran wanted Rupert to appear in the music video, because people often told him he looked like Ron Weasley, and asked his friend Tom Felton, who in turn asked Rupert.
